Comment gérer la prise de rendez-vous

Prendre rendez-vous sur MyBakup est différent de prendre rendez-vous traditionnel. Cela vous permet de garder un contrôle total.

Vous recevez un SMS et un mail vous indiquant que vous avez reçu une nouvelle demande de rendez-vous.

Connectez vous à l'application, et retrouvez votre demande de rendez-vous dans la section "en attente".

En cliquant sur la demande de rendez-vous, vous accédez à toutes les informations de votre futur patient ainsi qu’à ses disponibilités.

Vous pouvez alors proposer un rendez-vous en sélectionnant le  créneau de demi-journée qui vous convient le mieux.

Une fois la demi-journée sélectionnée, vous pouvez ensuite sélectionner un créneau horaire précis. Celui-ci sera envoyé au voyageur

Votre proposition du rendez-vous est envoyé aux voyageurs par mail par SMS

Dès la confirmation du voyageur, vous recevrez un mail accompagné d’un SMS.
Vous pourrez retrouver les informations de contacts du voyageur dans la section « rendez-vous confirmés » de l’application
